on the apartment
This
attractive, spacious
and light 2nd floor apartment with
lift has gated allocated parking
and intercom security. The living
and dining area with patio doors
opens on to a large balcony with
a view of the pool. The table and
chairs makes it the ideal place
to sample the local food and wine
while relaxing in the peaceful
setting. Or soaking up the sun
on the sun loungers. A mini sound
system, DVD player and satellite
TV (English, German, Spanish channels)
are provided.
The tasteful furnishings and décor
provide a very comfortable home from
home. The good quality sofa bed offers
extra accommodation allowing 6 people
to stay. PLEASE NOTE: we have another
one bed apt in the same building
which can sleep up to 4, (a party
of up to 10 can be accomodated).
The new kitchen has everything needed
for those who love to cook, as we
do (the local markets are fantastic)
and includes a dishwasher. The twin
bedded rooms(which can be arranged
as doubles) an en suite bathroom,
luxury shower room and hot and cold
air conditioning give all year round
comfort.

the Life at Oliva Nova Golf Resort

Time
to explore
DENIA is
a 15 minute drive
away. At the
heart of the
town is the castle
situated on a
slight hill,
by the sea. Nearby
is the archeology
museum displaying
Denia´s
past, the art
centre and toy
museum are all
worth a visit.
On every street
and square as
you stroll around
this interesting
town you will
find that traditional,
special Spanish
charm.
The Marques de
Campo is the
town's main paseo
here you will
find both
traditional and trendy bars, restaurants
and shops and the evening craft
markets along the port. There are
20 kms of beaches all you have to
decide is if you
want to laze away the days in a tranquil
cove or join in the many activities
the choice is yours. Sports lovers
will find everything they need sailing,
canoeing, jet ski, diving, swimming
or fishing there is something for
everyone. You could even take a ferry
to Ibiza either for a day's cruise
or a night's dancing!
But it isnt just
sea and beaches,
you can walk the beautiful mountain
paths and cycle around the Montgo
Nature park which is ideal for bird
watching and is rich in flowers and
fauna.
Fiestas provide
entertainment
for all ages.
You can experience
fire,
colours and passion the whole year
round. From the Moors and Christian
mock battles to bull running. The
fallas in March.
OLIVA is
a 5 minute drive
away here you
have the bustle
of a thriving
town but you
can leave this
century and travel
back in time
by walking around
the winding medieval
streets with
their beautiful
churches and
Moorish castle.
The locals seem
unaffected by

not join them

the many plazas,

tree-lined boulevard,

part of town,

away is El Vergal

good day out
for any age,
in the same area
visit the
towns of Pego,
and Gandia.
Trains run between
Valencia and
Gandia, or a
one hour drive
will take you
to Valencia the
region's capital.
